I can't get an access token

All I was trying to do was create a storage object.  However, that failed because I had a deny assignment, something I was not expecting, especially since I’n the only user, and nothing about this was brought up when I first signed up.

In order to get rid of this deny assignment, I was directed to copilot. I had to send in a form to the API. This form asked for the id of the deny assignment. I looked at the error message, and pasted in the thing that looked most like an ID to me. It was rejected.

Copilot gave me a different way to write the request. I followed that. Copilot didn’t like it. Then it actually gave me the words it wanted me to use.

But where was I supposed to run this? In a web browser? Then it gave me the endpoint.

The scroll bar on copilot is either not there at all, invisible, or exactly the same color as its background. In any event; I had no granular, slow moving control over the copilot window, because touching the scroll bar made the window jump all over the place, so I no longer knew where i was or where I had been.

Finally, after a very arduous process that should have only taken 3 minutes at best, I finally found the new wording copilot wanted me to use. At the bottom was a space for an access token. This was the first I’d heard of that. copilot gave me a string to put in the Azure cli to get a token. I put this code in the terminal, it went from black to white but I got nothing. No access token, no error message, no explanation. Nothing.

I asked for a human. copilot gave me a form to fill out. One of the widgets on this form was ‘summary’, and it was required. But I could not click into this widget to write a single character. So, of course, my form was rejected for not filling in the summary.

In fairness, while was staring at it wondering what to do, it shifted, and I could write in the summary field… that is, until I couldn’t, and I was just as suddenly locked out again. So, no support form for me.

I noticed a little ‘give feedback’ tab. I decided to try it. And guess what? Where it says “tell us more about your experience”, I CAN’T CLICK INTO THE DAMN FORM.

So finally, I came here, but unless you are Azure employees, you can’t fix the widget code or the access token mechanism, or the deny assignment. How do I get in touch with a human being (I’ve had enough of copilot, thank you) so I can create storage in my Azure Databricks workspace? Thank you.
