internal error: FATAL FIPS SELFTEST FAILURE

i have python project i.e fastApi so i am using azure devops for creating a ci/cd pipeline and using container registry for building an image and web app for deploying this build image. it is running perfectly without making any changes in code it suddenly get stoped and showing an
":( Application Error

If you are the application administrator, you can access the diagnostic resources."
when we see the logs it is showing an error of "internal error: FATAL FIPS SELFTEST FAILURE"
i have attached the log ss with this please go through it for your reference
and also showing the error of port (i have opened this port from env variable and also mention to open it in docker file i don'nt thing this is the main error the actual error was FATAL FIPS SELFTEST FAILURE )
i have not enable the fips in my docker file ,yaml file and in web app still showing this error
please anyone help me out to resolve this error (this project is running perfectly on my local)
