Blocking is observed during SQL backup is in progress

It is a SQL database backup configured in Azure portal.

The backup's are completed successfully.

However blocking is observed for few user SQL backup 's , when backup is in progress.

It appears to be an intermittent issue, could you please try after a brief period of time.

It is not resolved yet. The issue is still persisiting.

When SQL backup happens . Blocking is observed for PID .

This is observed only for few instances in sql.

• To prevent SQL blocking in the future, consider scheduling backups during off-peak hours, optimizing queries, using appropriate indexing, implementing proper transaction management, and using backup tools that minimize blocking.
