I have been assigned a contributor role to 2 resource groups, but when i try to search for them they do not appear in the list. And when i get the direct link to one of the resources in there i get the access denied page stating that i do not have "read" permissions and therefore cannot access the resource. But i have contributor on the whole resource group?

I have similar permissions on other RGs and those i can access, but the 2 new ones i need access to (having the the same permission as the other) i cannot access? Why?

    Hello NaviCoding

Azure Resource Manager sometimes caches configurations and data to improve performance. When you assign roles or remove role assignments, it can take up to 30 minutes or more for changes to take effect. If you are using the Azure portal, Azure PowerShell, or Azure CLI, you can force a refresh of your role assignment changes by signing out and signing in.
