Hi,

I have created a workflow in Azure LogicApp and using the action "Send Approval email" from the Office 365 Outlook Connector.

The body of the email includes a lots of text and therefore it is moving the "Approve button" outsite the view of the email unless you are scrolling down.

So my question is; Is it possible to move the "Approve button" into the middle of the email or is it stuck in the buttom no matter what?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards Simon

Hi @Simon Bang Pedersen - SIPE Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Thank you for posting this question here.

With the current implementation of Send Approval Email action of Office 365 Outlook Connector, it is not possible to configure the position of the Options (Approve/Reject buttons) in the email body.

However, here is something you can possibly try to render the Approval Email in a screen without having to scroll down.

    enter image description here

Choosing these settings in the Send Approval Email action will alter the format of the approval email message and it only gets delivered as a plain HTML text and not an Actionable message. Any formatting or line breaks will be removed from the message body, thereby, reducing it's size.

Here is a sample approval email with the above settings applied.

    User's image

With the default settings on the action, you would see a message similar to following where you would see an actionable message along with the HTML content at the bottom of the email.

If formatting is not an issue, you can try the suggested settings.

Please note that there is no guarantee that this works on all screen sizes and it depends on the amount of data you have in the email body.

    Hope this helps!
