Error in importing file (KBs) to QnA Maker

Hello everyone,

I have an issue "Runtime unavailable. please check that the app service resource in your QnA maker service is up and running" when I try to import KBs to QnA maker. I have restarted app services and checked QnA maker serivce in Azure portal. all is well. I don't know what problem is? please help me detect and fix it. Many thanks for your support!

    In the API section of the App service pane, update the CORS setting to * or "https://www.qnamaker.ai". If this doesn't resolve the issue, check for any organization-specific restrictions.
