Receiving "complaint about message from x.x.x.x" for IP I no longer control

Hi All,

I signed up for Junk Mail Reporting Program for an IP I was responsible for, and received "complaint about message from x.x.x.x" from staff@hotmail.com regarding that ip address.

However, I no longer control the IP Address but I'm still receiving this IP addresses' complaint messages.

I used to work around the problem by setting up an Outlook filter rule to filter these out, but now they're getting caught by "Microsoft 365 security: You have messages in quarantine" before the Outlook rule.

How do I stop receiving these irreverent complaint notifications?

    Hi,@Collin

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you're receiving quarantine notifications for messages that you don't want to be notified about, you can adjust your quarantine notification settings in the Microsoft 365 security center. Here's a general guide on how you might be able to do that:

    1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 security center.

2.go to Email & collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat policies > Quarantine policy in the Rules section.

3.Check to see if a new quarantine policy has been created.
