    @KC Chiang(蔣國強) ,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    I understand that you are facing an error while trying to create/update P2S Settings.

    Can you provide more information?

    • Are you using Portal?
      • Or Powershell/CLI/Bicep/terraform?
    • Are you configuring the P2S Settings for the first time
    • Or you are trying to update them and facing this issue?
    • The document you shared is used to create certificates - not adding them to the VPN Gateway
    • Details on Upload root certificate public key information is provided here
      • Make sure you only select the root certificate data to Azure as highlighted in the image
      • User's image

    Cheers,

    Kapil
