Not Found - Already Ready Instances under Premium v3 P1V3 plan (Elastic)

In AppService server, I can't see Already Ready Instances setting to change even though it's under Premium v3 P1V3 plan (Elastic)

    Hi,

    In the Azure portal, please navigate to your web app -- Scale out (App Service plan) blade. Under Scaling, select Automatic, and the Always ready instances slider will appear.

    Always ready instances is an app-level setting to specify the minimum number of instances. You can enable this by navigating to Scale-Out (App Service plan) blade of your webapp inside the App service plan as mentioned here.
