However, when I try to log into my account in order to view my invoice using my email address of - colin@batsfordandco.co.uk - the address is not recognised.

Neither "colin@batsfordandco.co.uk" or "colin@batsfordandco.onmicrosoft.com" have worked!

I am an accountant and very little knowledge as to how these systems work. All I need to do is get into my account in order to download my invoice from you. I am finding this all very frustrating and i am starting to regret signing up for your product.

Who is my "tenant administrator" and how do I reach out to them? My business is just me.

My licence with you was automatically renewed on 16 July 2024 - details of which are as follows:

I have made no changes to this account as I have not been able to access it
