Error in Azure: Incorrect Blob Containter Metric

The built-in Blob Containter Metric shows an incorrect number of containers. The aggregation for this metric should be Sum, but it uses Avg (and there are no other options to choose from); therefore, the number of containers is half of an actual number.

This metric worked well until Aug 18 at about 6 pm UTC, and after it changed its behaviour without any actions from our side.

I do not need support; I need the ability to inform Azure that they have a problem!
