Unable to access ADMIN CONSOLE even with URL

ISSUE RESOLVED !!!!

so, i had to create a user from EntraID
when creating a user you get an Organizational type email (domain)

after that i gave that user every right, most importantly in subscription gave him the right of owner/global administrator

still, I didn't get the option in my workspace but now I can access the admin console with the URL and sign in with the organizational type email I got when creating the user

Solution: The issue is resolved.
