I have a website with links to m4a audio files that are stored in OneDrive. When anyone tries to play them on iPhone or android, the audio controls to pause, etc, are missing.

I have a Google Site with links to m4a files that are stored in OneDrive. When they are played on iPhones, the audio controls are there for a moment, but then they disappear so the audio cannot be paused or move forward in the audio, etc. This has been tested on multiples iPhones and in multiple browsers. On an android phone, the file didn't even open. There are no issues on my MacBook. I have tried multiple different audio files, and using both direct links and embedding the code for the audio file. My phone is on the latest iOS (17.6.1) so it is not an iOS issue.

    When I open the link you shared, there is 404 error.

    If you share the OneDrive links for these m4a audio files via emails, will they play properly on mobile phones? You can troubleshoot by opening the email in your browser and mail app.

    I suggest you convert m4a files to other Audio files, such as MP3, for a check, as not all Android music players can support it, or there are some limitations on the mobile phones, browsers to play.
