I don’t know what I did that caused my account to be disabled. I only created lab setups based on what I’ve learned and deleted them after use to minimize additional costs. However, today I received this notification. I’m wondering if you could assist me and prevent my account from being deleted?"

    I am sorry for the experience you are having. I can see from the screenshots you shared that your Azure Subscription was disabled.

    Hi @foodmen ,

    did you really submit/create a support request with all required steps?

    Did you click on Return to support request and fill the next page with additional information?

    You should be able to see the created support request in the Azure Portal:
