Azure free account subscription issue

I have paid money through 2 debit cards from India but still my azure subscription not activated. My email ID is rajece9337@gmail.com

many times I called customer care but they are playing games I am frustrated I have stopped my learning since last week so can you help me.

    You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
