It looks like you are noticing some discrepancies in the API response for some of the traditional Chinese characters. It would be great if you could add more detail about the issues in recognition so the same can be passed to the product team.
You could also, create a support case from Azure portal to pass the feedback to the team so they can correct any discrepancies. Thanks!!
