SSRS report are getting stuck in executing mode

Hi Team,

SSRS reports in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 are frequently becoming stuck in execution mode. This issue occurs across all reports, not just specific ones. To resolve this, we must manually stop and restart the SSRS Reporting Service on the report server. This workaround is temporary and needs to be repeated every week or two.

How can we permanently resolve this issue or escalate it to Microsoft for further assistance, even though AX 2012 is no longer officially supported?

    You may first check if the issue is related with SSRS.

    You may check the execution log to see which step makes the report stuck.

    Also you may use below tools to monitor.

    Monitor report server performance

    However, you are using SSRS in Dynamics AX, not sure if the issue is also related with it.

    I'd like to suggest that you may contact Microsoft with the two team to do further assistance or suggestion.
