unable to login in Azure portal

i am unable to login in Azure portal account from root user account, could you please check ASAP.

After the put the password and MFA code its re-directing couple of sites in same page after that getting below error.

This kind of behavior will occur when MFA token not being passed in the token or due to some kind of Authentication methods configuration. I would like to check this up offline with you to understand the scenario to see why this kind of behavior is occurring.
