BOT does not get created for the training exercise

Rakesh, thanks for your recommendation. The BOT does not give me an option to change the region as the knowledge base was deployed successfully in the EastUS region. Are you suggesting that I deploy the knowledge base in a different region? If so, what region would you recommend?

Consider exploring other SKUs that might be available in the EastUS region and try deploying the bot with those options.

If neither of these solutions resolves the issue, you may need to consider deploying both the knowledge base and the bot in a different region. This would involve redeploying the knowledge base, which might require some additional configuration. When selecting a region, it's important to consider factors like latency, data sovereignty, and the availability of the bot service in that region.

Additionally, we have tried from our end and successfully completed the exercise, as illustrated in the screenshots provided below:

Rakesh, Thank you so much for the detailed response and the confirmation that this is working for you. How do I find the bot service under my subscription quota. When I look for it I don't find anything listed with the name including "bot". Also how do I choose a different SKU for the bot?

You can change the region to access available quotas, or you can upgrade to a pay-as-you-go account to deploy the bot services.
