• Please confirm again you have granted Your account and the System Managed Identity of the Azure OpenAI and Azure Search resource has the Storage Blob Data Contributor RBAC role at the Storage Account level.
• Assign yourself either the Cognitive Services OpenAI User or Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor role to allow you to use your account to make Azure OpenAI inference API calls
• Ensure that you have granted the below permissions:

In the above table, the Assignee means the system assigned managed identity of that resource.

The admin needs to have the Owner role on these resources to add role assignments.

After granting the above permissions wait for atleast 15 minutes for the RBAC changes to reflect and then test it.

Hi @navba-MSFT - I have the same issue. I worked through the permissions including making sure I assigned myself Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor. I then checked the browser trace and saw that after i click "save and close" I get this error from the next request:

any suggestion?
