Possibility to increase communication services limits

Hello,
I want to ask if it's possible to increase the limits of the chat Communication Service, as the current ones are insufficient for the application we need to develop.
Eg. "Add/Remove participants" is currently 30/min and "Get read receipts" is not supported for threads with over 20 participants.
Is there an extra cost for each increase in the limits?
