Hi,
I am trying to deploy Collabmail using MSI and SCCM version 1710. The deployment shows in Software Center and I can also see the program is installed in Control Panel but the add-in is not showing in Outlook. We are using 32 bit Office 365 MSO (16.0.134216.2070 ) SKU E1.
I selected "Run installation and uninstall program as 32-bit process on 64-bit machine." under program settings in SCCM.
If I deploy Collabmail via command prompt, the installation is successful and the add-in is showing in Outlook.
Is there a pre-requisite for deploying Add-ins such as Collabmail via SCCM?

Thanks for following up. Sorry for the late reply.
AppEnforce log was showing that the application was installed. The add-in was not showing under Outlook > Options> Add-ins. I had to add it manually by going to C:\Program Files(x86)\Collabmail\adxloader.dll . I tried adding adxload64.dll before and the add-in did not show. I am trying to figure out why this add-in doesn't automatically deploy through SCCM.
I'll re-deploy this application without choosing "use 32 bit option on a 64 bit machine" and check to see if SCCM installs it automatically.
If I install Collabmail through CMD, I don't need to add this add-in manually and it will auto-populate.

SCCM version 1710
ConfigMgr 1710 hasn't been supported in more than two years. You need to upgrade to a supported version ASAP.

Thanks for following up. We will be upgrading to the latest version soon. Not sure if this is the reason the add-in is not getting deployed automatically.
