Hi,
I am facing strange issue with OOF. Inside our network when we try to open "Out of office reply" setting it shows window that says"automatic reply server is currently unavailable". Outside our network it works without problem. Even stranger is that when I create new profile in Outlook the first time I open it "out of office" setting opens normally. But right after I close Outlooku and open it again "out of office" setting return error mentioned above. Do anyone have an idea what can cause this?
All virtual directories are set correctly. All IIS settings I know are also correct.
We have Exchange on-premise.

Your Exchange Server are in Hybrid Mode? Sure. The error is because the DNS record to the old Exchange Server and not about your Exchange Online

No, we have only one on-premise. DNS records are correct as connectivity check is ok.
Strange thing is that in fresh new Outlook profile for first run it works, but right after Outlook is closed it stop to work. I can set "out of office" in OWA without problem.
First, try this:
Check if the OOF URL is correct. If not, next step:
Try this for view the settings about OOF
Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity "MBX01\EWS*" | Format-List
Check the external URL and the internal URL are OK. If not, set with this (change the domain):
Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory EXCAS\EWS* -ExternalUrl https://mail.contoso.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx -InternalUrl https://mail.contoso.local/EWS/Exchange.asmx -BasicAuthentication:$True-WindowsAuthentication:$True
Check too if the external DNS of Exchange are configurate in your DNS record in the internal LAN.
Are there any firewall or proxy settings blocking the connection to the Exchange server?
Since the OOF settings work outside your network but not inside, there might be network-related issues.
Are your Exchange in Hybrid Mode? Sure that yes. Check the DNS record in your LAN and change the DNS about Exchange to Exchange Online.
