2 step Authentication codes don't work

I downloaded the Microsoft 2 step verification app with the one time codes that last 30 seconds. My android s 8 active scanned the box codes and added the profiles I wanted but the one time codes dont work. It gives me 30 seconds to type them in and none of them have worked.

    First check if you don't have two devices configured for the same account

    Click on the user photo > view account > Security info

    if you find that there's only 1 device, then delete it and restart the process or maybe change the method of authentication.

    You could also change the Default sign-in method. Just click "Change" and you will be presented to the available options

    Hi,
    I am not able to log in to my outlook business account since yesterday. I spent 3 hours on the phone with my email provider godaddy and we couldn't figure out how to make it work. Basically when I try to log in, it takes me to a sign in require authentication code. It asks me to install the app. I installed the app, add my business account and when I try to log in it tells me that a code has been sent to the app but I'm already using the app and I'm not getting any code. I also tried using QR code but I don't have this code neither my email provider godaddy.

    I wasn't even able to get screenshot of the issue so managed to get the ones below.

    My email is info@wellzenith.com and I pay godaddy for the email service.
