Also after stopping these two services I am getting replication error 8341.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for posting here.

The Netlogon service is required to be running to enable a secure channel to be established between the client and the DC, and KDC service is required to be running on DCs to enable users to log on to the network using the Kerberos authentication protocol. It is normally set to automatic by default.

If a service is set to automatic, the service will start automatically as soon as you boot up your computer and requires no intervention from you.

As mentioned, the services start automatically by itself after few minutes. We are wondering whether we configured the group policy for the services.

We should keep the services enabled.

For any question, please feel free to contact us.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for your kindly reply.

Before them start again, did we do anything, such as refresh group policies by running "gpupdate /force"? Besides, if we disable other services, will them start again by themselves? We are wondering whether this only occurs on these two services.

It is hard to tell what is causing them to start by itself. Maybe we could use the Process Monitor to further troubleshoot.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
