    I have looked at the backend logs for the above shared information and we see the webapp deployment got failed due to this error message
    SubscriptionIsOverQuotaForSku\",\"message\":\"This region has quota of 1 instances for your subscription. Try selecting different region or SKU.\"}]}]}}",

    Could you please retry the deployment by selecting the different region and sku as Free tier. Once the deployment got succeeded you can scale-up the SKU based on your requirement.
