CAPTCHA Loop Issue During Azure Signup Process

Hello Azure Community,

I am currently facing an issue with the Azure signup process. Whenever I complete the CAPTCHA, I am redirected back to the CAPTCHA prompt in a continuous loop, preventing me from completing the signup.

Details:

• Issue Description: After completing the CAPTCHA, I am returned to the same CAPTCHA screen without any error message or progress.
• Steps Taken: I have tried clearing my browser’s cache and cookies, using different browsers, and checking my network connection.
• Region: Asia-Pacific

I do not yet have a subscription ID as I am still in the signup process.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
