Problem: Code Two Outlook Web-Addin is loading only partially, disappearing etc.

    Clear Cookies and Cache of browser.

    You may try a different browser.

    Disable any browser extensions.

    Uninstall and re-install Add-in.

    Clear Office cache:

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\

    Hi

    • yes all add-ins have issues: for example also Viva insight and Script Labs
    • No other computers are fine. For example on another machine with Windows Server 2022 (Build 20348.2700) everything is ok. The issue is happening only on our Terminalservers with Windows Server 2019 (Version 1809 - OS Build 17763.6189). Both machines have the same Officeversion Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel Version 2402 Build 17328.20588
    • no there are no policies that block add-ins
