Problem with email address used to create Azure account.

We had a problem with an Entara user id. That particular email address had been used in creating our Azure account. We followed all of the steps to make sure this went well, by assigning the roles over to another Entara id. Logged in with that other ID, deleted the ID that was causing problems, then nothing. All access to Azure vanished. Also took everything else out that relied on that email address, like our MS Partner account.

Seems like a chicken and the egg issue going on. Needs some advice.
