I recently migrated my database and .NET Core API application to Azure. They gave me $200 in free credits, but all of a sudden, my application stopped working. When I checked, I received an email asking me to upgrade my subscription. However, when I try to upgrade, I get a message saying, 'You are not eligible for an upgrade of your Azure account.' I contacted support, but they disappointed me, as usual. Nothing is working. I'm ready to pay, I'm ready to upgrade, but they are not allowing me to. My application is down, and I have no hope from the support team. What should I do?
