Hi,

I am reaching out regarding unexplained Azure storage charges on my account. After investigating, I have discovered that the charges are linked to a tenant ID associated with my school Azure account. However, I believe I mistakenly removed myself as an admin from this tenant, which has left me unable to access it and cancel any active subscriptions that may be causing these charges.

Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? I am happy to provide the tenant ID and my school email address for verification and further action.

    Hi @Kevin Mout

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Q&A Forum!

I understand that your account getting storage charges and has been linked to your school account and mistakenly you have removed yourself as an admin from this tenant.

If your Azure account is linked to your school, contact your school’s IT department. They might have administrative access to the tenant and can help you resolve the issue.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries by responding in the comments section.

    Thanks,

    Akhilesh.
