Hi all, i am trying to execute an analysis with prebuilt layout in order to extract markdown format of a .docx file, in some files it gives me the following error:

When i try a previous api version it works correctly, is this a problem of the new API version or something that i can solve?

Can you please tell me which region you are located in or where you are accessing the API from?
the error occurs both if I log in from the document intelligence studio and if I use the API with python. I am in West Europe region.

Yes, this is an ongoing issue with the output markdown when using Document Intelligence Studio or Python to analyze a .docx document using prebuilt-layout model with specific page or page range.
But we got a confirmation from the internal team that issue was mitigated.

i am in West Europe Region. I access document intelligence with studio or python library, but gave me the same error.
