How to update Intune AutoPilot "help" contact information

Hello,

How can I update/edit the "help" contact email address/information field for my AutoPilot deployments? Its using an old email address from a former MSP that is no longer with us.

Appreciate the assistance with this.

There must be another configuration profile/setting where the "Need help?" field is managed either in Intune or M365.

I've searched in every option under Devices -> Enrollment -> Windows and do not see anything related to that field.

I've tried looking under the Org Settings within the M365 admin console and didn't see anything either.

I do not have ESP configured/enabled currently. There must be another setting/option within either Intune or M365 where this "need help?" field is managed. Apologies if this is a repeat comment, the thread is showing my comments as being deleted.

@David Nguyen, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

From your description, I know you want to update "Need Help" contact information.

Based on my research, in Autopilot deployment configuration during ESP stage, we can configure Show custom error message when time out or error occurs, you can set available IT email in this session, and it will help users when they are in trouble configuring Autopilot.

Appreciate the assistance with this. I currently do not have the ESP enabled/configured. There should be another AutoPilot configuration profile/setting where the "Need Help" contact information is managed.

Based on my deep research, I find that we can update the "help" information through

Sign-in page text in Sign-in form session under company branding in Microsoft Entra.
