I need an IPv6 VPS, and I am a student. I have a GitHub Education Pack, but I am unable to access it because I don't have an email address from my school. I tried using my credit card, but I still can't upgrade to the education plan instead of the free tier. Additionally, I want to learn about IPv6 and would like to know how to create a VPS with it.
