After adding a work or school account via MDM, two devices appeared in Microsoft Entra ID—should I delete one of them, or keep both?

I have a problem where, on my local computer, I added an account via an MDM URL and added a work or school account. After logging into Microsoft Entra ID and checking the device list, it created two devices. Which device should I delete, or should I delete any device at all?

@Roland Angeles Jr, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you are enrolling the device into Intune. But get two device records in Microsoft Entra ID. Before going on, please let us know how you enroll the devices, which method we choose in the following link:

Meanwhile, for the two device records, please get screen shot to let us better know the device status. As a note, please hide any sensitive information when we provide screen shot.
