How to connect RDP to azure VM when using vpn in VM?

Hello everyone,
I want to use VPN (SoftEther VPN Client) in an Azure VM ( windows 10 ), but when using the VPN, I cannot connect via RDP. What should I do to be able to use the VPN and still connect via RDP?
