I created a Custom Teams App in one organization but when I upload to another it get error

Hello,

As the title says, I created a Teams Custom Tab App on my organization but I need it in another organization too.

When I upload the package I try to get user data from teams with Display Name and email but it does not work, theres any limitation to upload a teams app that was made in one organization to another?

What is your role in the other organization (guest user or external user)?

In some cases, custom apps need to be approved by an admin in the new organization before they can be used. Make sure the app has been approved and the necessary permissions have been granted.
