i am trying to log in to a work account, but every time i try to log in, it says " a verification code has been sent to your authenticator. But, when i open the Microsoft authenticator it doesn't show any request. Even if i try to login in to the authenticator app it again asks for the authenticator code. Please help me with this as soon as possible!
