Knowledge check keeps spinning, will not complete no matter which answers are chosen

The knowledge check here: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-security-capabilities-of-azure-sentinel/5-knowledge-check will not complete. I've tried on mobile and on my desktop computer. In Edge and Chrome. The answers are submitted, and it will only spin, never completing the check.
