I am the administrator of the organization and I would like to access the chat history of a user.

The method of using Content Search is very cumbersome. Can I directly use the Teams client to retrieve my chat history. thank you.

    I'm afraid there is currently no direct way to retrieve chat history directly from the Teams client.

    If you want to retrieve chat history from the Teams client, you need to open the chat window and copy it manually.

    To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

    Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
