Our team has been receiving alerts regarding "Multiple failed user log on attempts to an app involving one user" linked to "Office365 Shell WCSS-Client".
Our user in question has not made any actions on their workstation, yet they keep getting disconnected due to failed connection attempts.
We have searched for documentation or support tickets related to this problem but found none.
Does anyone know what "Office365 Shell WCSS-Client" refers to, and if so, have an idea of what might be causing these alerts?
