How can I add another ms365 administrator?

and this without the current administrator? (Left company)

I'm owner and want to add my account.

Based on your description, I understand that you want to know how to add your own account as an M365 administrator if your company does not have an active M365 administrator.

By default, for safety, if your organization does not currently have an administrator, it is not possible to add a new administrator properly. If your company's previous administrator account still exists, please try to retrieve the previous administrator's account. After logging in to M365 with this account, you can set your account as administrator by following the steps below.

If the previous administrator account has been deleted or cannot be found, it is recommended that you contact the Microsoft support team via phone or online chat. They will guide you through the process of restoring access and help you assign the necessary administrator roles to your account. I can’t chat since I’m no admin and the phone number is a computer voice that directs me to the admin aka… platform (where I can’t get on)

Thank you for the link.

But unfortunately I can’t chat since it’s only for administrators.

and the phone number is a computer voice who direct me every time to the admin center (website aka…) where I can’t login of course…

Understanding that you really cannot contact the previous administrator, I will give you another way to contact M365 for support that doesn't require you to have administrator status. For help you can refer to Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately not.

This is a computer voice in the Netherlands and it always directs me to the administrator page for this. She sends the (aka...) link and than it stops...

Any other methods to get in contact with somebody?

Considering that your situation is truly unique, administrator status in M365 is important, and in addition to the organization's previous administrator, the person who signs up for and purchases a Microsoft 365 Business Edition subscription will be given administrator privileges, and that person can assign administrator privileges to others. Please try to contact them if you have access.

If you have no way of contacting any of these people I mentioned, then you may not be able to use your organization's previous M365 account.

unfortunately not possible to get in contact.

That we lose that account we can accept but how do we add a new administrator to our organisation within ms365?

As I said before, if you have no way of contacting any of these people I mentioned before, then you may not be able to use your organization's previous M365 account. Unfortunately, if you would like to add a new administrator to your organization, then you will need to repurchase M365 as you are in a state where you cannot contact any administrators and you no longer have access to your company's previous account.
