Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals No Email Notification

I recently signed up and took my AZ-900 test but not receive a payment confirmation upon sign up or any message stating that I passed the test. I'm not sure if it's because I signed up with my admin account but I do not see it in my admin account or regular account and I'm afraid I'll have to take it again for it to count.

Edit--I just purchased a license so I could get access to my admin e-mail account today.
