My Prompt flow, which was working well by sending responses is now failing with error:
This is the second flow I'm getting an error. The first time when I got this error, I had to create a new prompt flow from scratch.
The node formatRewriteIntentInputs has not been modified and yet I get this error. Appreciate some support here.

If you mean the networking section of Azure AI, then the access is set for all networks.

2024-09-27T13:52:07+00:00 Also, there is something seriously wrong with the Prompt Flow. I'm not able to create endpoint at all.
This was not the case last week.

In this case, I would like to suggest you raise a support ticket for this issue, if you have no support plan, I am happy to enable you a free ticket, just let me know.
At the meantime, I am working on investigating with product group to see if this is ongoing issue need to fixed. Will share if we have any news there.

The flow works on the first attempt but when the compute session is stopped and started again, the following error shows up.

Moreover, could you please do a quick check on your Workspace managed outbound access? Is that disabled?
