Excel is showing below error. Quick and Online repair gives error, please find the snapshot

Did you already tried to repair Office?

Please run Excel into Safe Mode. Check if the situation is caused by add-ins or not.

• Close Excel first, press win + R, in the Run box, type excel /safe, and click OK
• Or you can press and hold on Ctrl key, click or double-click Excel icon, until it asks if you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".

If this issue persists in safe mode, I suggest you install and run the Office uninstall support tool to completely uninstall the existing Office applications, then reinstall Office and check again.
