I need my microsoft ID to confirm my exam registration in pearson vue

Hello, I registered for the sc-900 exam on pearson vue but I did not get a confirmation mail or invoice but the money is already paid. When I called their support, they could not find my account and asked for my "microsoft ID". I could not find that ID so I am asking here if you can help me either by telling me my ID or helping me find the invoice.
