Database server internal errors and stuck on restarting

Hello,

When trying to access the database using az cli I was receiving an internal server error. The problem persisted for a few days. I restarted and it got stuck. What can I do to solve it?

    Hi @Daniel Bueno

    Thank you for sharing the tracking ID. It appears that your server is located in Brazil South and has been experiencing issues since 09/27. In fact, the issue seems to have started on 09/22.

    This required backend intervention to bring the server back up. You need to open a support case.
