How to migrate Teams apps from Developer portal to partner center?

I have apps created and submitted through the Teams Developer portal, and now I want to provide updates. However, the Developer portal doesn't show an option to re-publish or upgrade the app and is redirecting me to the Partner Center. In the Partner Center, I can't find that same app under Marketplace offers. Do you have any suggestions for resolving this?
