Certification Renewal

Two years ago on 5/19/2022 I received an email about my awarded certification ticket for my completion of the course for Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Word Associate. At the time I was not aware I needed to renew it every six months or that in order to do so I required a microsoft learn profile. I still have the email confirming my completion of the course and my certification ID but none of my completed time is shown in my transcript is there any way to fix this?
