Many people reporting this, many brands of printer. Several times a day my Epson ET-2800 USB-connected printer prints out a page with 2 lines:
eSCL/Scannerstatus HTTP/1.1
Host: localhost
Appears to be Win11-related. I'm ex-Microsoft and can provide any level of technical details.
